You may return any item purchased from our online shop, within 28 days of delivery, by contacting our customer service department: CONTACT
Please quote your original order number and the reason you wish to return the item(s) in question. Please also confirm if you would like a replacement or refund. Delivery fees are non-refundable. We will contact you with instructions of how to return goods. Please retain the original packaging in which your order is delivered, should you wish to return goods.
