Orders valued under £100 will incur a £4.95 delivery charge. For orders over £100.00, Villeroy & Boch provides FREE DELIVERY for all products featured on this website. All free delivery refers to 1 order and 1 delivery destination, multiple orders may not be combined. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Merzig, Germany.
Full payment of your order will be taken at the time your order is processed. Items in stock will be delivered within 5-10 days of your order being placed. Out of stock items will follow as soon as they become available. If your order is below £100 in value you will only be charged £4.95 for delivery, regardless of the number of deliveries we make to you to complete the order.
Orders on this site are accepted only for delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders cannot currently be accepted from the Channel Islands.
