About Our Registry Services
Here is all you need to know about our program.
We look forward to working with you one-on-one during this hectic and exciting time! Now that all of our registry services are online, we can service your registry from any of our stores all over the United States.
Our professional Bridal Consultants are available in-store and online. We will put you immediately at ease and be there to help every step of the way:
- Insuring accuracy, convenience and friendly service for you and anyone who wants to send you a gift from Villeroy & Boch;
- Servicing any returns and/or exchanges.
To make your selections, either visit the store nearest you and meet with one of our Consultants or shop online:
- You will receive a Free Gift of (2) Wine Glasses the pattern of your choice, just for registering with us;
- Make changes, deletions or additions easily in-store, on the phone or online;
- Please note that all prices are rounded to nearest dollar and are subject to change without notice;
we cannot guarantee prices will remain constant throughout the duration of your registry.
Let friends and family know how convenient it is to access your list and give you the beautiful things you’ve selected:
- Your registry will be available online for a quick and easy purchase;
- Or send your guests to the nearest Villeroy & Boch store to receive friendly and professional service;
- Giftwrap and Gift Cards available only at Villeroy & Boch store locations;
- Free registration cards are available;
- You may register for Villeroy & Boch Gift Cards.
Check your list periodically (after bridal shower or holiday) and especially a few weeks before your wedding day.
- Feel free to continue to add to your list, as your list will remain active for 2 years after your wedding date;
- Duplication can occur, as several people can select the same gift on the same day from different locations.
You may choose a shipping address for before and/or after your wedding date. Be sure either address can receive deliveries during the day–including during your honeymoon.
- If necessary, ask to use the address of relative/friend;
- All gifts are sent out as they are purchased; we can not hold gifts for bulk delivery on a specific date.
Unfortunately, some items may be out of stock from time to time; some may even be discontinued after you register.
- Out-of-stock items usually arrive within 4 to 6 weeks;
- We will let you know of any discontinued items as soon as possible so that you may select alternatives;
- If your pattern changes status while your registry is active you will be notified immediately.
Exchanging and returning gifts is simple, and our Bridal Consultants will be happy to handle all the details. We will assist you in selecting a gift exchange from our wide assortment of dinnerware, crystal, linens, giftware or flatware at anytime; or issue a merchandise credit for a gift purchase at a later date.
- If a gift is returned under $25.00, we will be happy to offer you a cash refund at the store nearest you (no cash refunds online);
- If you have a sizeable amount of returns, schedule an appointment with your Consultant that allows all the time necessary;
- You may also manage this with an online Customer Service Representative.
We offer a 10% COMPLETION PROGRAM. After your wedding, if there are items still remaining on your registry, registrants may purchase any open item at 10% off for an entire year.
- Valid for in-store and online purchases.

- Take your time–you don’t need to complete your entire registry in one day;
- It’s impossible to over-register, so keep updating;
- Remember to contact us with your future address;
- Complete your registry with an additional 10% off;
